We’re hiring coaches to run kids’ soccer sessions across Cabarrus County — and for most of the kids you’ll work with, this is the highlight of their week.

⚽ What you’ll be doing

Leading small groups of kids (ages 2–8)

Running structured (but fun) soccer sessions

Keeping things organized, positive, and engaging

Showing up on time, ready to go

💰 The details

$19 per 25–45 minute session ($95-$475+ per week depending on schedule)

Typically 5–25 sessions per week

Weekdays + Saturday mornings

You set your availability each season

Paid training — no high-level soccer experience needed

📋 Requirements (the basics)

18+

Reliable transportation (you may travel between locations)

Background check required
